Preparation

Sift the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl
Add the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla and stir well
Line the base of a microwave safe cake pan with paper towel.
Spoon in cake mixture and spread evenly.
Cover with paper towel, elevate and cook off the centre of the turntable for
4 - 5 minutes moving to the opposite side half way through cooking time.
Allow to stand until cold before turning out and decorating.

1 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup plain flour
3 tbs cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 cup water
5 tbsp oil
1 tbs vinegar
1 tsp of vanilla essence
