Preparation

Place room temperature fish on a plain dinner plate, sprinkle with lemon juice & season with pepper. Spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with capers. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and Zap on High for 2 minutes. Serve garnished with chives

200g fillet of firm white fish
Juice of ½ lemon
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon capers
finely chopped chives to garnish
